About us
Empowered counseling, PLLC was started in 2019 by Christan Bennett, LCSW, out of a passion and desire to help individuals live their most fulfilling lives. This practice seeks to empower and uplift individuals while teaching and modeling skills that make managing the seemingly unmanageable just a little bit easier.
We utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to include: CBT, Solution - Focused Therapy, and narrative therapy. Our belief is that every individual has the capacity for change - they just may need a little guidance on the way.
